Practice Management

Step back and look at the whole practice.

What came in, who still owes you, who works when and what's on the shelf. The side of the practice you usually leave for the kitchen table at night, laid out where you can actually see it.

Performance

How the month really went.

The monthly look, not the live one: what came in against earlier months, how full your week really was, and where your clients are, from first visit on.

It works out what an hour actually earns once no-shows and discounts are counted. That's rarely the number on your price list.

Appointment Types

Everything you offer, set up once.

Each thing a client can book is a card: how long it runs, what it costs, your cancellation terms, and the rooms or equipment it needs.

Change a price and the bookings already made keep the price they were made at. A ready-to-book check tells you exactly what's still missing.

  • Group them into categories
  • Pause one without losing it
  • Price it, or mark it no charge

Our People

Everyone who works here, on one board.

Practitioners, front desk and admin each get one card, whatever roles they hold. What they offer, the hours they work and their time off all live on that card.

Before a time-off request goes in, it lists the appointments that would need moving. Approve it and the time is blocked, with rebooking left as to-dos on the Front Desk. Nothing is cancelled behind your back.

Resources

Two clients, one room, never again.

List your rooms and equipment, how many of each you have, and how long each one needs to get ready and to be cleaned after.

Booking checks them for you. It won't offer a time while a room is still being turned over or is out of service, at the desk or online. Cancel a visit and the room is free again straight away.

Supplies & Inventory

Know what's running low before it runs out.

Keep a list of the supplies you go through, where you buy each one and what you last paid.

Count the shelf now and then, and it works out how fast you use each supply from the visits you've actually done. Until there's enough to go on, it says so instead of guessing.

  • Low stock, and what runs out in the next 30 days
  • Orders to your suppliers, received the day they arrive
  • What your supplies cost per appointment type

Invoices & Payments

Know who owes you, without keeping it in your head.

Every invoice is draft, sent, overdue or paid, with the lines behind it and a preview of exactly what the client will receive.

Overdue is something it watches for you. Record a payment against an invoice and what's outstanding is a real figure, not one you adjust in your head.

Reports

The numbers, when someone asks for them.

Nine standard reports: what clients owe, what payers owe, what came in, where the work came from, the tax you collected and paid, and money going back out.

Each one reads straight from your records, so two reports can't disagree, and each says on its face how it counts. Export a spreadsheet or a PDF, or build your own.

Why you can trust it

No number here is there to flatter you.

Every figure is worked out from what actually happened: the visits you did, the money you recorded, the shelf you counted. Where there isn't enough to go on yet, the screen says so rather than guessing.

Who it is for

Just you, or a whole team.

On your own, the money and the reports are what you'll open. Once there's more than one of you, everyone's hours and time off sit beside the rest.

Try it on a real month

See your own practice in it.

Start a free trial and put a real month through it, or book a demo and walk through it with someone who knows the work.

The rest of the practice is next door.

Daily Workflow

The day itself: the Front Desk, the calendar, your inbox and taking payment.
