Daily Workflow
Your day, laid out before the first client.
Who's booked today, in person or online, who has messaged and who has paid, on the screen that opens when you sign in. The rest of the day runs from five more screens, each one click away.

Front Desk
Open the app and today's clients are in order.
The Front Desk turns your bookings into the day's work: who's next, what to set up before each visit, the messages waiting on you and what's been paid.
Look back at yesterday or ahead to Thursday from the same screen.
- Today's clients, in order
- New enrolments to schedule
- Messages waiting on you
- What's been paid today
Calendar
Every booking, on one calendar.
See the day, the week or the month, or a simple list, with everyone in the practice side by side.
It's the one place a booking changes. Move one and the Front Desk and the client's folder already know, so there's no second diary to keep in step.
Clients
Click a name and you're in their folder.
Every client has a folder, and every visit they've had or booked is in it.
Click an appointment on the calendar and its details open beside it, so you never lose your place in the day.
Inbox
A message won't sit while you're with someone.
What clients send you arrives in the inbox.
Anything still waiting on you shows on the Front Desk too, so you see it between visits instead of at the end of the day.
Meeting Room
Online appointments, inside the same app.
When an appointment is online, you meet in the Meeting Room.
Who's next today stays beside the call, so you can see the rest of your day while you talk.
Billing
Take payment before they leave.
Close out each visit while they're still at the desk: take payment now, send it to an insurer, or bill it later.
A visit stays on the list until it's settled, so nothing is left for tonight.
Why it's quick
Quick enough to open between every client.
You open these screens between clients, dozens of times a day. So each one opens fast and asks for as few clicks as it can. Half a second doesn't matter once. It matters by your last client of the day.
Who it is for
Just you, or a front desk too.
It works the same for a practitioner on their own and for a practice with a front desk. Whoever answers the phone sees the same day you do.
Try it on a real week
See your own day in it.
Start a free trial and put a real day through it, or book a demo and walk through it with someone who knows the work.
The rest of the practice is next door.
Your notes, care plans and the thinking about each client.
The business side: invoices, reports, your team and your appointment types.
