Cookies and site measurement
The short version
This site keeps a few small settings on your device so it works and remembers your choices. With your permission, it also measures how the site is used. Nothing beyond what the site needs is set until you say yes, and you can change your mind at any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
Your choice
When you first visit, a small banner asks whether we can measure your visit. Accept all, Reject all and Choose are equally easy. Choose lets you allow analytics and session recordings separately.
- Necessary is always on. It is listed below, and the site cannot work without it.
- Analytics counts visits, where they came from, and where people click and scroll, so we can see which pages help.
- Session recordings replay how a page was used, such as scrolling and clicks, so we can find what is confusing. Anything typed into a form is masked and never recorded.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as Reject all and do not show the banner. You can still turn measurement on yourself from Cookie settings.
We remember your choice for 13 months, then ask again.
Who measures it
Analytics and session recordings use PostHog, hosted on PostHog's US cloud in the United States. PostHog processes this information for us under contract and does not use it for its own purposes. It is listed with our other providers on our subprocessors page.
What we do not do
- No advertising pixels.
- No remarketing or retargeting.
- No cross-site tracking.
- No selling or sharing of your information for advertising.
- No measurement of any kind before you agree.

Analytics and session recordings — only if you agree
Set by PostHog's code running on this site, only after you allow Analytics or Session recordings. The project key is part of each name.

If you change your choice to Reject all, measurement stops at once and we delete PostHog's visitor ID from your browser.
You can clear any of these at any time from your browser's settings. The site keeps working without them; it just stops remembering your choices.
Signing in
When you sign in to the application, we use what is necessary to keep you signed in and the service working. We also measure how practitioners use the product — which features are opened, which actions are taken, and errors encountered — in order to improve it. That measurement never includes client clinical content.
If you are visiting from outside Canada or the United States
NutriClient™ is currently offered to practices in Canada and the United States. If you are visiting from the EU, the UK or Australia and we begin offering the service there, this page and our approach to consent would be updated first.
