What does not come across
- What comes across from any other product is limited to what that product exports. That is their decision and it can change without notice.
- Attachments, historical messages and anything stored as a rendered document may need to move as files rather than as structured records.
- We do not recreate historical bookings as appointments.
Who checks it: You check the imported list against what you had before anything goes live. We never mark a move complete for you.
